3D Artist - Internship
Location: Stockholm, Remote
As a small and newly started indie-studio, Ether Spark is in dire need of helping hands to create our first prototype. We’re looking to create something new with a unique visual profile - think K-Pop meets Dungeons & Dragons. The game is a tactical co-op game where players form teams of heroes who fight pop-fantasy eldritch horrors together in spectacular arena battles. Aesthetic self expression is combined with high octane gameplay in a world that needs to be protected.
We’re looking for several different 3D artists who like to work with organic materials and explore strange or unique character and creature concepts. We’re also looking for 3D artists who enjoy hard surface modelling, buildings and environments.

As Ether Spark is a completely new studio, we are currently in our project funding phase. That means that we cannot host all types of interns; only if you apply via the Swedish Employment Agency (Arbetsförmedlingen), or via your school/study programmes (praktik/LiA). This way we want to ensure that no intern goes uncompensated for their work while we are looking to get funded.

No prior work experience required.

Familiarity working with Miro and Discord.
Experience playing games with raid-like elements as found in titles like “World of Warcraft”, “Final Fantasy XIV”, “Rabbit & Steel”.
What do we offer?
We offer you guidance during your initial steps into the games industry. The team consists of both industry veterans with 14+ years of experience, as well as complete beginners (praktik/LiA). We are a small, passionate team, and we mainly use Discord to communicate during working hours - we do not have a physical office.
